Try restarting your phone and following that you can also try a soft-reset which does not affect any of your phone's data.
The method to perform a soft-reset will vary depending on what phone model you have, but instructions for this can easily be found in your user guide.
If you are having issues connecting to a specific network, it may be an issue with the settings to do with that connection point. In order to fix this, you can try and 'Forget the network'. Below are the different ways to perform this action on Apple and Android devices.

Software updates will be available in your general settings to retrieve and install.
If none of the above options have resolved your WiFi connectivity problems, you may want to consider resetting your network settings.
