How does your warranty work?
In short - we offer a repair and replace warranty, covering any and all functionality issues that you may experience with a device. This involves taking a look at the device with our in store technician and performing a repair if possible. If we are unable to repair your device, we are more than happy to replace it with another suitable unit. Our warranty does not cover abuse, misuse or incorrect usage of a product, this includes physical damage.
How long does it take to receive my device?
We send all of our orders with a tracked overnight courier, in which deliveries tend to take between 1 - 2 working days. Any orders made before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent the same day.
I am not happy with my device, what can I do?
If you are unhappy with your device and it is not suitable for your needs, we are more than happy to help out accomodating an upgrade for any other products that we have in stock with us. Alternatively, you’re more than welcome to return your device for a refund, less our change of mind fee. For any inquiries please do not hesitate to get in touch with us so that we are able to assist you!
What testing do products undergo?
All of our devices undergo a 43-point testing process. It tests everything the phone does/all features and parts. For it to be fully functional it needs to not have any parts, features or functionality not working as it should.
How does your grading system work?
After testing, all of our devices are graded based on their cosmetics. Our A grade devices are in ‘like new’ condition with extremely little to no visible markings. Our B grade devices will showvery minor signs of use (very light scratches) - these are barely noticeable. Our C grade units will have minor scratches or wear marks through use. Any unit on our TradeMe store below this grading will have a specific flaw described in the listing description.
Why will my phone not connect to mobile data?
